Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation:

Customers may request to cancel their order within 6 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed and/or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accommodated.

Cancellation Procedure:

To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer support team at admin@campgear.online with the order number and reason for cancellation. Our team will review the request and notify the customer of the cancellation status.

Refund Process:

If the order is canceled within the specified cancellation period, a full or partial refund may be issued, depending on the stage of order processing. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Late Cancellation:

Cancellation requests received after the specified cancellation period may not be honored. In such cases, customers are encouraged to follow the return and refund procedures outlined in our Return Policy.

Exceptions:

Certain products or promotional items may not be eligible for cancellation. Any exceptions to the cancellation policy will be clearly communicated on the product page.
